All-Levels Hatha Flow Portland Yoga Arts

A slow, mindful class, integrating alignment, fluid transitions and breath. Longer holds allow us to build strength and stability while the moving moments between teach us about steadiness in change. This class is accessible and challenging.
*This is an 11 class series ($154), drop-in ($16), missed classes can be made up with other teachers at PYA, late enrollment will be prorated. In the case of financial hardship please peak to Sarah.
All-Levels Hatha Flow: The People's Yoga NE
Hatha Flow classes connect asana (postures) and breath through gentle warming movements, strength and awareness building flows, and restorative openings. Attention to alignment, personal inquiry into sensation, breath work, and fun are emphasized. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace in order to develop a clearer connection to their inner wisdom. Classes are appropriate for beginners as well as intermediate students.
