SOLA SCHOOL of Contemplative Arts

Personal Transformation, Collaborative Partnerships, Awakened Communities

Socially Engaged Practice

Sola values inclusive practices that serve individuals and communities. We also know that an essential element of any sustainable practice for individuals is in the giving back to one's community.  An important part of our training methodology is to incorporate hands-on, real world experience. This experience serves our teachers in becoming equipped to meet the needs of diverse students and clients. It also provides our community partners with invaluable service, bringing embodiment and mindfulness to social service institutions and underserved populations who, for various reasons, will find most yoga classes at studios inaccessible.

Below you will find descriptions for our current partners. We are excited to continue to expand our partnerships and service offerings. If you are part of an organization that would benefit from partnership with Sola, please contact us to set up a time to discuss.
