Cost: Sliding scale $10-$30

We are in constant relationship to sound and vibration through the ways our bodies respond to inner and outer landscapes. In this workshop we will explore depths of awareness to resonance and attune to our capacity to connect with the voice. We will work with subtle body movement and listening meditations and leave with tools to further playfully practice connecting to the power of embodied singing.
